Professional Development
Bring impactful Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programming to your organization.

Elevate Your Team with Engaging, Hands-On Training
Our dynamic programs equip staff with essential skills for working with youth while fostering personal and team growth.
Personal & Team Development Challenges
This unique program allows participants to explore and practice self-development and team-building concepts in a fun and interactive way. Customize your objectives with topics from Social and Emotional Learning Skills, organizational psychology, effective communication skills, team-building dynamics, leadership development, and emotional regulation tools.
We can deliver either a fun day of team-bonding where your staff have the opportunity to get to know each other and bond through fun games and challenges; or an intensive team-building to challenge your team, explore their specific strengths and challenges, and offer tools for specific growth and to meet your objectives.
We believe that people learn best through play, so all programs are delivered through a combination of physical games/challenges, facilitated discussion, and active skills practice to allow participants to carry these lessons forward into other areas of their lives. Laugh, learn, and lean into your potential. These multi-hour programs are appropriate for teenage and adult participants.
Professional Development
Do you want to give your staff a leg up on working with your youth? Perhaps set your new team up for an upcoming season of youth programming? Our Educational Staff Training and Professional Development seminars will offer new and experienced staff the hard skills and applied knowledge of classroom/group management, behavioral management, understanding presentational skills, and curriculum development/delivery that are normally only gained through years of real-world experience. Our trainers have years of experience working in traditional classroom settings, chaotic physical education and outdoor education/adventure programs, and camp settings with a diverse range of demographics. These workshops and seminars are simultaneously delivered from four perspectives.
- Participants will get to experience the lessons through direct experience in the games and challenges
- Expertly guided breakdowns of the concepts and techniques that the facilitators used and how they can be applied in myriad circumstances. These include, but are not limited to: initial set-up of the learning environment, structure of instruction, tone of voice, body language, group orientation within a space, setting initial expectations to facilitate long-term success, holding and maintaining attention, troubleshooting and pivoting challenging behaviors, and using the group itself as a resource.
- Group debriefs, discussions, and brainstorms.
- Supervised practice time where participants can try applying the skills they have learned.
